Internet poker has become world acclaimed lately, with televised events and celebrity poker game events. Its popularity, though, arcs back in reality a bit farther than its television scores. Over the years many variations on the earliest poker game have been developed, including a few games that are not in fact poker anymore. Caribbean stud poker is 1 of these particular games. Regardless of the name, Caribbean stud poker is more closely related to blackjack than old guard poker, in that the gamblers wager against the casino rather than each other. The succeeding hands, are the established poker hands. There is little conniving or different types of bamboozlement. In Caribbean stud poker, you are expected to ante up just before the dealer announcing "No further bets." At that point, both you and the dealer and of course every one of the different gamblers receive 5 cards each. Once you have seen your hand and the casino’s initial card, you need to in turn make a call bet or surrender. The call bet’s value is akin to your beginning bet, which means that the risks will have increased two fold. Giving Up means that your ante goes instantaneously to the dealer. After the wager is the showdown. If the dealer doesn’t have ace/king or better, your bet is given back, plus an amount on par with the original bet. If the casino has a hand with ace/king or better, you succeed if your hand is greater than the dealer’s hand. The bank pays cash equal to your wager and fixed odds on your call bet. These odds are:
- Even for a pair or high card
- two to one for two pairs
- three to one for 3 of a kind
- 4-1 for a straight
- five to one for a flush
- seven to one for a full house
- twenty to one for a 4 of a kind
- fifty to one for a straight flush
- 100-1 for a royal flush
